Description
Guatin is also known in the surroundings of San Pedro as the Valley of the Cactus, due to the abundant presence of the «Cardón» cactus, one of the largest cactus species of the Andes mountain range. In the region you can easily find cactus 7 or 8 meters high.
Hike into the canyon following the course of the declining Vilama River.
